Rachel Donnelly
Clinical Psychologist
Rachel has been a psychologist since 2011 and worked locally in Toowoomba across public and private settings. Prior to being a psychologist Rachel worked as a teacher and school Guidance Officer and taught in Australia, England and Japan across child and adult sectors. She completed Master degrees in both Education and Psychology and combines her educational and psychological training and skills to help individuals work towards improved change and a brighter future.
She established Lighthouse Psychology Services (LPS) in 2015 to provide accessible individual mental health support.
Rachel is now located at Harris House, a beautiful National Trust property at the corner of Clifford Street and Margaret Street, in Toowoomba.

Rachel is a Clinical Psychologist who provides individual therapy and assessment for adults with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression and stress. She has a particular interest in helping people adjust to change across the lifespan. Although change is normal and helps us to grow it can also be unexpected, unwelcome and difficult to manage. Rachel provides confidential, professional and supportive therapy to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with learning, wellness, relationships and change across the lifespan. Common concerns that people face include learning, employment, relationships, parenting, retirement, ageing and health.

The lighthouse provides safe passage through stormy seas and is a beacon of light steering ships away from perilous rocks and illuminating passage through darkness to safe waters.
As captain of your own ship you plot the coordinates and set sail. Along the way you may encounter unexpected rough seas or feel lost in the fog and darkness. The psychologist is there as the lighthouse to help guide you through troubled times. Providing a beacon of hope and belief to help navigate life’s challenges and guide you to safe harbour.
